People who work too hard often don't go far.

Because of excessive effort, one will unconsciously raise expectations; once the result is not achieved, it leads to feelings of disappointment and fatigue.

The Dao De Jing says: "The gusty wind does not last all morning, and the sudden rain does not last all day." If the forces of heaven and earth cannot endure, how much less can humans? Anything that requires endurance must blend into the ordinary; anything that needs to be maintained must return to nature.

Even heaven and earth cannot maintain perfection, and humans cannot persist in showing off their strength for long.

For anything that is to last long, it must be integrated into the ordinary; for any effort that requires persistence, it must return to nature.

What truly goes far is not a desperate rush with all one's might, but a long flow that follows the trend.
